i’d not been intending to sell my house, was only looking casually then i found something i wanted to think about that was going to auction, but to be serious i had to be sure i could sell my house. I thought about doing it privately, as i sold my last house that way, but after talking to Jackson from Bayleys, i felt confident that I could let him and David and Jennifer test my house casually by showing a few people around. An experiment of sorts. A few groups went through on a Sunday. One of those groups returned with a builder that week and within days we had an offer that pleased both parties. It’s unconditional now and I feel i had the most seamless house sale ever. Everything ran so smoothly and best of all, I trusted this team. Can highly recommend. And in a nice symmetry, David and Jennifer sold me the house i was selling 15 years ago, and I liked them then too!
