David and the team were always available by phone and email, communication was extremely responsive ( even during dinnertime). David arranged viewings around my work schedule and was very accommodating. He had a good understanding of the market, was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I felt that he and the team understood what I was looking for. David and the team very professional in all interactions. They made the process much less stressful than I had imaged
