The 1 hour open homes certainly help, especially if you have more than open in the time slot, so you don't feel rushed. The owners presented the house beautifully without being staged. I am delighted with my purchase.

Sarah and David have been an absolute dream to work with. When we first met them, we straight away knew they were going to do a great job for us. They were very welcoming, informative and took the time out to answer all our questions, sat down and talked to us about what we wanted and gave us great confidence. Sarah was excellent at keep us in the loop and she talked us through everything we needed to know. David was great at giving us exact numbers, talking through all the finer detail in what to expect. They both knew the area well, were very transparent and honest. Sarah and David always went above and beyond, they even fed our cat when we couldn’t.
