It was truly a pleasure to work with David on this property deal, we have been seeking for a property purchase for a while and the agents we contacted during this period did not offer up much information except the price or what was available online. On the first email from David he provided us with as much in depth information from the start, being based overseas this made understanding the property much easier without having to go back and forth. We did the discussion of the property over the Christmas and New Year’s holiday period and David has always made himself available for any queries we might have despite the time zone differences to a point where we felt bad having to reach out really late in the evening. He kindly offered to do a walk around the property on a video call for us to view the property virtually. The negotiations took some co-ordination as well with the vendors being based overseas as myself but David handled it all seamlessly. It was truly our good fortune to have dealt with David on this property purchase. Being very new to the local property scene his sincerity, frankness and follow thru with regards to our questions really helped ease our concerns which definitely contributed to our final decision making.
