David did a great job in reinvigorating our sales campaign unsuccessful with a previous agent. Was committed to refreshing this and showed good ability to drive buyers through the doors. Savvy operator and did a great job turning around this sale in a tricky market. Communication post sale with final inspection is only area for improvement.
