We chose to go with David & Mike because they had enthusiasm for the property and displayed a positive attitude about listing it. I do believe this attitude was upheld throughout the sale which got it over the line. David had good knowledge of the area and showed a lot of effort, bringing people through all the time. We did ask not to use the main apartment building as the front listing picture and it was, and were told there would be a picture of a floor plan, which there wasn't. We only received one written status update in the 5 or 6 week listing period which was disappointing because I knew that he was doing viewings. So it was a bit pensive always waiting for a call. These are the only bits of constructive feedback we have though. While it was slightly slower than we had expected, it did sell in not too long and we were very happy with the result. David was always available and easygoing which was nice. I don't think anyone will be disappointed with David as their agent.
