I would gladly work with David again. He was very organised is setting up the listing and maintaining it. He maintained regular communication. He was knowledgeable about the process and good to discuss strategy with. He was pragmatic and worked towards getting a sale across the line. He was highly professional. The sale price was lower than expected but this is due to the economic conditions, which are not great for the type of property I sold.
