David was absolutely amazing throughout our whole home-buying journey. He was incredibly patient, taking us to six open homes over the past year and always making sure we felt supported along the way. David was transparent, friendly, and very professional. He gave us helpful advice on making an offer, finding a lawyer, and understanding the whole process, which made everything so much easier for us. I would gladly work with David again. He was very organised is setting up the listing and maintaining it. He maintained regular communication. He was knowledgeable about the process and good to discuss strategy with. He was pragmatic and worked towards getting a sale across the line. He was highly professional. The sale price was lower than expected but this is due to the economic conditions, which are not great for the type of property I sold.

From our first meeting with David he provided excellent information, answered all of our questions, and suggestions. His calm and genuine approach was noticeable and he was always impartial. David talked us through each process and what we needed to do as a buyer. He is professional in his conversations and his communication was balanced and fair. I didn't feel he was trying to persuade us at any stage, and he was great at providing us with options. Overall my wife and I were pleased to work with David.

David was able to supply us with extra guidance when we were looking for a section for our new home. He also helped in additional negotiations with the vendor, and we are very grateful for that. He kept us informed and was prompt with all information.
