He was factual and didn’t try pressuring us at all. I felt I could trust him and his team which was a very important issue for me having had a very negative experience selling a home in the past. I selected Dave partly because of a recommendation and party his friendly, knowledgeable manner. I I did not use rate my agent as I didn’t know it existed. I enjoyed working with Dave, Leanne and Rachel. I would definitely use Dave and team in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them.
