Excellent Result

Dave McCartney and his colleague, Courtney Alexander, put together a superlative marketing campaign for my property and guided me to a display company that showed the vacant dwelling in the best possible way. They also liaised well with my nephew who managed refurbishments before the house went on the market. At all times Dave and Courtney kept in touch to keep me informed of the progress of the campaign. The property attracted a good pre-auction offer after only 2 days of property inspections. That bid set the reserve and there were 3 genuine buyers competing for the property which sold for $40K above the reserve. I can’t speak too highly of the skills and experience of Dave and Courtney and they were a delight to deal with.
