Very experienced campaigners, with a vast depth of experience of the overall market and local conditions with relevant information. Dave is a straight shooter, a great relationship builder and demonstrates many of the qualities people look for when selling or buying a home. He, and is team, are highly visible, all are great communicators, deploying qualities such as being highly ‘accessible’ and highly ‘responsive’…..2 critical prerequisites for client satisfaction, and no better illustrated by a suggestion we form a closed user group in WhatsApp, which proved to be an absolute winner! We communicated on many occasions through this medium, always receiving prompt response from one of the team. As the process ran its course, we gained more and more confidence and often remarked to others that we were very happy to have chosen Dave and his team to represent us……and we were rewarded with a successful sale, what more could we ask for?
