Dave McCartney, Has been a dream to work with. He is pleasant, easy to worth with, not pushy, full of knowledge and (most importantly) told us up front how the market was likely to roll for us, and he was bang on the nail. There was no surprises, he got a sale in the price range he said, in the time period he said... We will defiantly use Dave again
