I loved working with Silvan, mainly he was the day to day point of contact. I didn’t enjoy being put under pressure even after contract was signed to by pass process via lawyer and lower my price. I gave away $25k under pretense of buyer doesn’t have money, then the buyer installs new fence after I leave….it was continuous pressure that was unnecessary and detail between Dave and Silvan was different
