He was able to be completely honest with us on what we needed to do to help our house sell, which we appreciated. He is very knowledgable and with his help we were able to sell our house just a few days after listing for a fantastic price. Dave was very easy to work with and quick at responding. From the time we contacted him he has treated us as we were his only client and selling our house was his main goal. We would highly recommend Dave to anymone looking for a real estate agent.

Being first home buyers with very little knowledge on the selling and buying process Dave made every step very very clear and as easy as it possibly could be for us. All calls if not answered where promptly returned in a very professional manner before even showing genuine interest in the property. Was also more than happy to answer any questions and explain things to us when needed. We look forward to working with Dave more in the future when the time comes to move on from our first Home.
