Easy to deal with
As the purchaser I have found Dave easy to deal with, getting questions answered from the Vendors nice and quickly. Fuss free process. I have however found it annoying to be asked multiple times prior to settlement to rate my agent. I would much prefer to be asked after the deal was finished and not before.

Thank you for the review and I trust you are settling in ok. Apologies for the email and reminders sent via RateMyAgent. RateMyAgent is set to obtain reviews for Agents at the time the sale goes unconditional/ sold with the intent to capture feedback at the time of the sale, not settlement or thereafter, as settlement can in some cases be weeks later. I take your comments seriously and will see if I can make any changes to the settings for future reviews.
