David was very clear on his intentions and format on listing our property. We trusted his skills and knowledge and felt comfortable with the way that he communicated this with us. We had a sale in two weeks and during this time we felt that David was always on our side getting us the best deal possible but also ensuring we were being realistic with our expectations. It was a win win for ourselves, the agent and the purchasers. A very pleasant experience to take the pressure away before Christmas.
