Well we saw the house on a Tuesday and after Darryl helped us get a builders report quickly,we negotiated and purchased the property on Friday. We are a mother and daughter so really appreciated Daryl’s manner, he wasn’t pushy and there was no bullshit, as there can be when a bloke sees a couple of women purchasing. I would recommend Daryl to anyone he seems genuine
