We recently purchased a property through Darren and found him great to deal with throughout the whole process. He was professional, approachable and easy to communicate with, and always responded promptly when we had questions or needed further information. Darren did a good job of representing his vendors while still being fair and straightforward with us as buyers. When some issues came up through the building inspection, he handled the discussions professionally and helped keep the negotiation moving so we could reach an outcome that worked for everyone. Overall, the purchase process was smooth and we appreciated Darren’s communication and practical approach. I’d happily deal with him again and would recommend him to anyone buying or selling property in the area.

Darren listened and understood our needs. He as very responsive and was to work with

Excellent local market knowledge which resulted in securing a fast and efficient sale of our property. Fully explained the process and what was required at each stage of the sale. Very professional at all times. Great to have him as our agent.

Darren was really nice to work with. As a buyer I found him really patient and understanding of my situation, which was a bit tricky. A nice kind trustworthy local guy.

Darren is great to deal with as a purchaser. He had answers to all our questions and was swift to action our offer and negotiation. Readily available on phone and email, we have no hesitation in recommending him as your real estate agent.

Darren delivered great results in a short time frame without exorbitant rates.

We had a great experience with Darren, he was available to answer and talk us through things whenever we needed. He helped us through the process so it was seamless. Would recommend him!

Darren has great knowledge of the Papamoa market. He is a very good communicator and kept me informed about open homes and communication with possible buyers. My house sold in 2 weeks of being on the market - the asking price that Darren put on was the correct one. Thank you Darren for assisting with the sale of my house.

I had a 1980s home that had been done up for the market, with Darren’s help we marketed the property on his reality website to great effect that we had 20 groups go through on the 1st open home resulting in 2 offers on the property, with expert advice from Darren we succeeded in a sale for the property .

Darren gave us advise on marketing and looked after the sale of the property while we were overseas

We’re incredibly grateful to Darren for helping us buy our very first home. After months of searching and losing out on a number of properties, we were close to giving up. Then we reached out to Darren. He responded quickly, stayed in touch every step of the way, and made himself available right when we needed him. We viewed the property the very next day and submitted an offer immediately. Darren’s direct, honest, and clear approach gave us the confidence to move forward. It was exactly what we needed as first-home buyers navigating a tough market. Thank you, Darren, for turning a challenging process into an exciting milestone.

Always a stressful time selling a home trying to decide on a selling price what the markets doing etc, but Darren was very good with his local knowledge, advice and experience which made the transition a whole lot easier, with a very satisfactory result.
