We sold our house through Darren Perry… our first impression was how professional he presented himself..(and he smelt good) We found him a down to earth and amiable person who was honest and upfront with us all the way through. He possesses a friendly approach and is a true professional in his job… he left no stone unturned and was easily communicated with… we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him to anyone who wants an honest no nonsense approach to selling your home.

Met Darren at an open home for a property that we were interested in. His in-depth knowledge of the property was outstanding and he was able to answer all the questions we had. Follow up was excellent and he kept us updated on what was happening. He was only to happy to arrange a second visit so we could take family to view. Once we decided to proceed with an offer he prepared the paperwork and drove out to our place where everything was completed and signed. He advised that ours would be one in a multi offer situation. Again, follow up was exceptional and he advised us of the situation and asked if we would consider the vendors request to increase the offer. We said we would look at it and get back to him the next day. We went back with our decision and he advised that he would go back to the vendor and get back to us with there decision. He came back later that day to advise that our offer had been accepted. Once again, follow-up was great and everything progressed without a problem. Darren has continued to follow up with answers to questions we have asked. The process is now continuing and we look forward to catching up with Darren prior to the final conclusion of the sale and we take possession of our new home.
