Stress free selling!

We sold our house with Darrell, and it couldn't have been easier. When he came through our property to do an appraisal, he had plenty of simple suggestions for presenting the house, and also told us what not to spend our time on. This was helpful as we were selling for the first time, and weren't sure about what would add value to the property. Darrell explained what he thought the property was worth, and how quickly he thought it would sell. He was right on both, and we were very happy with the outcome. Every time I came to Darrell with a concern or problem, his expertise and experience really showed as he dealt with them in an expert manner, even if it was just to explain to me why it's actually not a problem.
