Darrell was punctual to the arranged viewing appointment time we made for early December. He made the Sales and Purchase agreement with our offer easy for us to sign as we are not currently Taranaki residents. Our conditional first offer was accepted by the sellers . This was conveyed to us promptly after acceptance. The first working day back after the Christmas break, Darrell touched based with us to see how our house sale was proceeding. He kept in touch. We did have a little hiccup, before Christmas, with the solicitors not receiving an emailed amended agreement with our request for a LIM report and a change of owner request on the house warranty. For unexplainable reasons it was never delivered to the solicitors offices. Still, all in all a job well done.
