I recently purchased a property that Darrell was marketing. Although he was working for the vendor to achieve the best price he was patient in his dealings with me and conveyed an openness in response to my many questions that gave me confidence he was presenting the property with integrity, which ultimately encouraged me to purchase the property. It was one of the most stress free property purchases I have made and this was a result of Darrell proactively assisting to address the minor matters in the process as they arose so settlement could complete without a hitch.
