This is our first time selling our property and we picked Darnell because we went to one of her open home and felt she was very genuine. We think that she has the knowledge of the market, has the ability to suggest the best selling method (auction, nego etc), more importantly Darnell was being an awesome person who is really focus on what we need a customer not just simply trying to make commission from the sale.
