Darnell is fabulous. Knows her market. Knew exactly who the buyers of my house would be and what I needed to do - or not do - to get it sold. So many other agents try and sell you this and that, but Darnell was really clear about what was needed and what would be a waste of time/money. She gave me a realistic expectation of what she thought my property was worth and she delivered on that. Stayed in touch and kept me constantly up to date. Also, just a genuinely awesome human being. If I sell another house, I will 100% be using Darnell as my agent again and you should too.
We were looking to purchase in Auckland with specific criteria. Had multiple agents say they’d help us, most we never heard from again. But Darnell was amazing! She knows her stuff and you want her on your team whether buying or selling a house! Wouldn’t recommend anyone else! She chased up things for us, basically held the hand of the selling agent in order to get us across the line super quickly. She makes other agents look like they’re sleeping on the job. Our agent appeared responsive and followed through diligently. There did not appear to be great buying interest despite the marketing spend, possibly due to the body corporate status. The property is sold but overall the price and experience was a little disappointing.
