I had my property on the market with several agents over an extended period. It was a little unique and needed someone with a special skillset to enable its sale. Danielle organised a successful sale on very acceptable terms for both parties and worked extremely hard to complete this. From the experience with her I would rate her qualities as tenacious, hard working, always available, great communicator, honest and having a can do/nothing is a problem attitude. The thing that really stood out was that even after the sale had completed she kept in touch and helped to sort out a couple of things post settlement. I cannot recommend her highly enough and am very grateful for her involvement .
