Always Happy, well prepared and knew the market and areas. I wasn’t in the easiest of position and the process was always going to drag out a little but that didn’t bother her at all as she showed she cared about the buyer and that process. I would recommend and will be using her skills again in the future for sure.
Being a first home buyer, there was a lot we didn't know or fully understand. Having a buyer agent by our side was great. Danielle was always very quick to reply to our questions and ask seller agents the questions we might not have thought to ask. Danielle had a good knowlege of the market, always providing us with some indication of price a seller might be able to accept, and walking us through the processes. Another way Danielle was very helpful was with the Sales & Purchase agreements, making sure it was all done correctly and with the appropriate timelines. I recommend Danielle, and we can't wait to get the keys to our first home!
