I found Danielle and Tegan were very helpful. When I was down in Palmerston North and I had to sign a document it was arranged for me to go to the local Harcourts office where it was explained and I signed. They went the extra mile as far as I was concerned.

Danielle Callaghan of Harcourts Morrinsville handled the sale of our home from start to lengthy finish. When we wanted to give up,she persisted, believing there was a buyer to be found. Her knowledge and determination proved successful and finally the deal was done.

Danielle made selling my property a straight forward process in what were trying market times. She introduced multiple prospective clients and secured 3 contracts which indicates the level of work and enthusiasm she brought. I highly recommend her to any seller or buyer looking for efficient, effective service.

Danielle and Tegan are an exceptional team. From the get-go, their listing price was spot on, reflecting their understanding of the market. Throughout the process, they provided us with weekly updates and statistics, keeping us informed every step of the way. Their communication was outstanding, making the entire selling experience seamless and stress-free. Beyond their professionalism, they were incredibly easy to deal with and went above and beyond to assist us. Together, Danielle and Tegan form the ultimate real estate duo, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

By way of introduction to this review, it's unusual to offer clients a chance to show their "gratitude" for a service that charges a fee. Might want to re-word the invitation. In terms of performance, while we got a good outcome - above asking price and in a short timeframe - and it seems some skill was successfully applied to interested parties to achieve that; the initial assessment of the property was a range, the bottom of which was $100k below what we sold for and $150k below RV, the top $50k and $50k respectively. Only push back from us and some minor work to the property saw the asking price increase to more accurately reflect where we as vendors felt the property should sit in the market. The achievement of more than the asking price in short timeframe, to the first offer we received, while welcome and appreciated, potentially reflects coming from a low base to begin with and always begs the question as to whether it was where it should be. Seems to me the initial assessment of the property was overly pessimistic and perhaps a little more time and consideration of the points we as vendors raised in relation to the attributes of the place would have been useful. That aside, it is done and we are happy with the outcome.

Danielle was so incredible words cannot actually do our review justice. We found a beautiful home to buy before we put our house on the market. This is when we met Danielle as the agent for the home we loved. We decided we trusted her so much we wanted to see if she could be our agent too. During the (very accurate) appraisal, Danielle was able to let us know what was needed to be done to ensure our home was ready. As we wanted to get everything ready as quickly as possible, emotions were running high, and sleep was running low. But Danielle was incredibly encouraging, handled our (my) emotions with care, and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. Danielle went above and beyond to help us feel at ease. We put our home on the market and it was sold within 3 days of it's first open home. I put this down to Danielle knowing what buyers are looking for, her expertise in what the home needs to be 'ready for sale' and for it's new owners, and that Danielle is simply incredible at finding the right people who will enjoy and love your home as much as (or more than) you do. Throughout this whole process, Danielle's integrity, care, and understanding were invaluable to us. We would 100% use Danielle again and recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home.

Danielle was so incredible words cannot actually do our review justice. She impressed us with her knowledge, understanding of the market, of people, of properties, and her ability to be the agent of the home we were buying, and our home we were selling. Danielle was incredibly good at managing our expectations, keeping us in the loop, and was very relatable. I was surprised at how much of an emotional rollercoaster selling and buying a home was, but Danielle went above and beyond to help us feel at ease. Her integrity and understanding were invaluable to us.

Danielle was an absolute pleasure to work with. Brilliant communicator, very helpful, and professional throughout the whole process.

Right from the start Danielle made us feel confident we had chosen the right agent to market our home. We felt she had a good grasp of the value of our property and other properties in the area. Danielle put together a great plan to sell our home and kept us up to date with progress reports and feedback from open homes. Thanks to Danielle, Tegan and the Harcourts team for getting us such a great result!!

Extremely good communicator, made us feel at ease every step of the way. Danielle is someone who really puts a personal touch on things, allowing for the purchase of the home to really feel like it was meant for you. Couldn't be happier with our purchase and we would go with Danielle in the future
