When we first met Daniel he was quick to establish a sincere rapport with us. He was relaxed and warm which enables us to quickly develop a sense of confidence in him. He guided us through the sale process with professionalism. Any questions we had were always answered to our satisfaction. If we were in any doubt about something he would always explain it in a non condescending way. (This was our first experience with a house sale in 25 years). We felt he was innovative. His idea of having a street viewing paid dividends. We had a lot of positive feedback from the neighbours. People told us that selling a house would be stressful. Daniel minimised this for us. To sum things up “He’s Simply The Best”
