From first sitting down with Dan to discuss the process of putting our family home on the market - we knew he was the right person to guide us through this big life step. Throughout the process Dan was always happy to chat and gave great advice - we particularly appreciated his input with staging and preparation and were very grateful for the warmth and care he displayed towards us and our children. Our kids loved visits from Dan - and not just because of the accompanying ice blocks. Creating a music video to market our house was a huge highlight - we admire Dans ability and commitment to input fun and joy into Real Estate. Dan has been with us through the advertising and sale of our present property and through the search for our next, very different, property. Purchasing a home for the first time can be rather nerve-wracking, it's a whole new world to jump into! Thankfully, Daniel and Caleb provided excellent service in getting this purchase across the board. My partner and I met with Daniel at the house viewing, he answered all my questions as professionally as you would expect, and was just a text or phone-call away whenever I needed it. Dan stepped us through the process and created realistic expectations. He was a great communicator and even helped with advice on preparing/staging for going on the market. Going to auction for the first time was nerve racking and although we didn't have any known bidders, he helped us dismiss the one low baller (hoping for a bargain if we were desperate) and he managed to line up a couple of conditional offers for straight after the auction. After getting under contract the process of getting through the conditions got tough due to buyers being first home and using Kianga Ora, which got admin heavy due to a couple of minor building report issues. However, Dan helped us keep a clear head and eased us through getting it across the line. Outstanding outcome and have already been recommending him to friends and family.
Dan made things easy, he had plenty of market knowledge then did all the hard leg work with the selling agent and helped us submit a winning offer that we were comfortable with and got us our dream home. Not all Dan's are 'the man' but this one is! A++
