Professional, approachable, goes above and beyond
It is a fundamental truth of humankind, that people will do business with people they like and instinctively trust. This is never as important as it is when trusting someone to sell a major asset like your home. Daniel is a unique blend of being highly professional and down to earth, a good solid kiwi man, who puts people at ease and doesn't have an ego. This was brilliant with prospective buyers and, as offshore based vendors, reassuring for us too.
Mixed in with this personable approach is the ability to drive action. We received a great price for our property because the strategies recommended were the right ones, and due to the vat amount of positive energy Dan put into the marketing and sales effort. As an example of this, we saved ourselves circa $100k by not renovating as Dan told us he could get the same price at auction. We sold to a pre auction offer, and had 40 people in the room for the auction with 5 variations.
The last thing I would add to the mix is that Daniel has a unique skillset in that he used to be an electrician and is immensely practical. This capability, mixed in with his great attitude, meant Daniel was water blasting, mowing lawns, moving furniture, arranging tradies, replacing light fittings and doing whatever needed doing to present the property in the most flattering light.
I thoroughly recommend Daniel and wish him all the very best is his real estate career. Good people, deserve good things.
