We selected Daniel Huang and Eric Wu as our agents because their presentation covered off all our questions and concerns as we made the decision to sell our house. They were professional in their delivery they were easy to talk to made us feel comfortable we felt we could trust them as our agents to act on our behalf. They set up a whats App to ensure that we could contact them quickly and easily. We used this form of communication regularly. After each open home Daniel and Eric provided feedback to us on the numbers who attended the open home and their feedback which was helpful as the selling process continued. During one obstacle following a house inspection Eric provided great advice and support on how to overcome the obstacle. His advise and support wall as critical in overcoming the obstacle. As the selling process neared the end Daniel and Eric kept in regular contact with us to ease any concerns and were able to advise that they had secure two registered bidders for the auction. It was a nervous and stressful time for us but Daniel and Eric had strategies in place to counter any unforseen obstacles. At the auction Daniel and Erick made sure we understood the auction process, supporting us all the way through. Our property sold at auction a win - win for us and the new owners. Without the support, guidance and advice from Daniel and Eric we may not have secured a price that we were comfortable to receive.
