Selling Mum's home was a monumentus time in our family as it had been the family home for myself and my siblings, and Mum's for over 60 years. It was an anxious time for Mum as she is 81, transitioning out of her familiar place and selling it was a stressful prospect for her. Daniel designed the entire sale process around what was best for Mum. He was extremely respectful and consciously ensured she was ok at each point in the sale journey. I couldn't have asked for a better person to have as our real estate agent. Our marketing covered 4 weeks and resulted in an auction that Daniel had secured 12 bidders for and we sold at a price that exceeded our expectations.
