He gave us all the info, answered all of our questions, made time for us and didn't put any pressure on us whatsoever. He's quick to communicate and, most of all, he's honest. He guided us through our first auction and made things feel as easy as possible. His post-auction service has been great too. Constantly keeping us informed of settlement dates and any changes. He's arranged for us to visit the property whenever we want so we can prepare for move in.
