We wouldn't have found of DREAM family home without Rachel!! After looking at numerous properties that just didn't fit right for our family, Rachel suggested a property we had originally put in the NO box without viewing, Rachel did her homework on the property and the area and found it ticked all our boxes so put the suggestion forward. Within minutes of our first viewing we knew it was the one, with another offer on the table and knowing we wanted the home to be ours, we knew we needed to move fast. Daniel did an appraisal on my house in May and I wasn't expecting to put my place on the market until mid next year however we found a house we loved and I had less than 3 weeks to sell mine.
