Danean Neill

I loved working with Danean! She was really patient and kind throughout the process and was able to guide me expertly through to buying a house I'm so happy with. I would definitely work with her again

Danean was such a blessing to us looking for our first home. She communicated with us every step of the way and was always so quick to respond! Very flexible with timings so that it could suit us well. Great advice about the market, and processes. We felt like she really listened to what we were after and helped us to set realistic goals. Thanks for all the help!

We loved having Danean helping us out as first home buyers. She worked to our availability and always lined up a couple of houses for us to see every week as we worked out what we were looking for. She was always able to answer all of our questions. I was out of town when the auction happened but I felt very reassured with her accompanying my husband and doing the bidding. It's a testament to her skills that the first house we went for she was able to win for us! Highly recommend Danean to anyone!

Danean knows her stuff, shes passionate and gets right stuck into the thick of it all. She makes sure all aspects are covered throughout with detailed explanations. She strives to make sure her clients are well looked after and at ease when making big decisions. I very much enjoyed working with Danean, she asked me a few questions and turned my answers into the physical and was there from the beginning right til the very end. She works extremely hard!! We had fun and got a superb result!!

Danean was absolutely amazing to work with in so many ways. From the very beginning, her clear, structured, and thorough explanation of each step in the process immediately set a reassuring and professional tone for the entire sale. She brought a level of clarity that removed uncertainty and made what can often feel like a daunting experience seem straightforward and well-managed. Throughout the process, Danean remained consistently calm, composed, and highly dependable. Her regular updates ensured we always felt informed and in control, and her steady presence during the auction itself was invaluable — she was a true rock at a critical moment, providing both guidance and reassurance when it mattered most. The two standout qualities I really want to highlight are her exceptional communication skills and her genuine kindness. Danean has a rare ability to explain complex matters in a simple, accessible way, while also actively listening and responding with thoughtfulness and care. She is not only highly competent and professional, but also incredibly personable, approachable, and supportive. It’s clear that Danean goes above and beyond for her clients, combining expertise with a genuinely human touch. Working with her was an outstanding experience, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated, skilled, and genuinely exceptional professional.

Danean has been so incredibly helpful and communicative with as we went through the process of buying our first home. She was transparent about the process and always made time to answer our questions (there were many) both via email and in person. She even made time to ensure we had a clear understanding of what to expect on auction day which we found SUPER helpful. She’s kind and had a ‘no question is a silly question’ attitude. 100/10 can’t recommended her enough
