I've sold my home through Dane from Ray White and couldn't be happier with the result. From the very beginning Dane's communication was thorough. I knew exactly what was going on throughout the campaign, from when we discussed the plan, right through to communications about weekly viewings and queries from purchasers. The sales process for my place came with a few challenges due to the nature of my property, and also with various buyers as a result. Dane was relentless in solving problems, and coming up with solutions to ensure the transaction was smooth for both parties. In the end, it came down to two buyers, the first one wanting a significant reduction to go unconditional, and the other who Dane sourced and maintained a relationship with throughout the campaign - who ended up paying the price we wanted, and ultimately I believe loved the property more than the first buyer. Not sure where to start because we have so many positive things to say about Drew and Dane. We were overseas sellers and engaged with the team from Australia. We had our house in NZ we wanted to sell but needed a smooth process due to not physically being in the country.
