Dane was very easy to deal with, it was a bit of a tricky scenario so the negations drew out longer than we would have liked, but eventually we managed to agree with the seller.
We were out of town buyers and Dane excelled as our agent to find a property. He devoted a full day to taking us to various viewings which he coordinated. As a result we gained good incite into prices and areas etc. We subsequently found a property and Dane did all the hard work completing negotiations so that all parties were happy.
