We've never meet anyone more enthusiastic and enjoyable person to deal with than Danaè . For a young woman she has an old soul , lots of knowledge of the local area and she makes you feel very welcome and not afraid to answer any silly questions as to her silly questions are valid ones. We had such an awesome experience with buying a property through Danae. As first home buyers, this was our fourth time attempting to purchase a property. The other real estate agents we had been dealing with (not from Harcourts) were curt and impatient with us not knowing how the process works, and I definitely felt they were taking advantage of our naivety. By the time we came to putting an offer in with Danae, I was feeling guarded, stressed, and on edge about the experience. Danaé is really good at what she does! She's honest, hardworking and just gets it. I spoke to another couple of agents before deciding who to go with but Danaé was easily the standout. House was sold within a couple of weeks, just like she said it would, at a higher price that the other agents suggested, just like she said it would. Would very highly recommend!
