He was very upfront about this from the start and said he will do everything to the best of his knowledge, and if he came across anything he was uncertain of, he would always seek a second opinion or ask for further guidance. Not once did we have an issue we couldnt solve or a question he didn't know, and throughout the whole process always maintained excellent communication, including text messages and even arranged visits after hours to discuss negotiations, etc. Dan has a bubbly personality and is very approachable, which makes it easy to deal with when you have questions or want to find out a bit more information on a certain subject.
