He will also know of investors who are looking for particular products. His technical know-how allows him to reach a huge potential market that other agents just don't have access too. What all of this equates to is Dan can get you a great deal. Buying or selling can be a stressful time. However, with Dan hes always got a joke and puts people at east. This is important.
