Damien had good communication throughout the selling process. He was active at open homes, and he followed up with potential buyers quickly and provided feedback to us. We sold when there was a dip in the market and interest rates were high so it did take longer than we thought it would, but once a buyer was found Damien negotiated well to get the best possible price for our home and make the deal happen for all parties.

I found Damien professional but easy to get along with, knowledgeable about real estate, cooperative, punctual and willing to negotiate with buyers. Although the price obtained was less than expected I believe this was due to market conditions at the time rather than any shortcoming on his part. I would be prepared to use his services again.
