He made it easy for Open Homes and advertising, then expertly sifted through the people who showed interest. He found us a buyer who worked out well and accepted our dates for transfer of ownership. All through the process he was professional, full of good advice, friendly, but not domineering, and kept us fully informed of what was happening.
