Daemon approached us about helping us sell our property as we had pulled it off the market a few months ago as we couldn't get much interest. He gave us an update on the market around our area and the types of people that he would be able to share our property with that would be interested as it needed renovating. We were confident with his plan and the turn around to have it on the market and auctioned. He was very communicative and flexible with meeting us and ensuring we were informed along the way with him taking care of the everything such as viewings, paperwork support etc. We went to auction and managed to sell which was what we were hoping for.
