Cynthia was incredibly easy to deal with and great at communicating with us every step of the way. Professional and knowledgeable, she made our experience as smooth as it can be. We were very happy with our experience with Cynthia - definely one of the best agents we've dealt with!
I found Cynthia very thorough and professional. She guided us through a stressful time and made it easy to see what we needed to do and when. She was always positive on the potential out come for the property and gave us an honest opinion when we needed it. She kept in constant contact and was always approachable. Our family was very pleased with the final outcome and I would not hesitate to recommend her to others.
A thorough professional - knows her job in and out. Trustworthy and honest. She not only assisted us in selling our home but also helped in buying one - her experience and guidance was invaluable!
Cynthia has been the best agent I have ever dealt with. She is a complete professional but is not without the personal touch. She is honest, reliable and very hard working as this was not the easiest property to deal with. She was genuinely concerned that she would get us the best deal possible but would never compromise her integrity . Cynthia always kept us up to date as to the latest developments so we were always completely up to date. I could not have been happier with her and would recommend her to anyone wishing to buy or sell a property.
Cynthia was recommended to us and what a great recommendation she was! She's professional, helpful, timely, a great communicator and has a very calm demeanor. I felt in safe hands with her. This was my first home sale and she guided me through the process. She's professional and provided advice where needed and even went above and beyond to research and advise. I can't recommend Cynthia enough.
Having never previously sold a property by auction, we were relieved to have Cynthia in control of the sale of our house. We found her to be thorough, professional and a pleasure to deal with at each and every step of the way. She kept us well informed throughout the marketing campaign and gave clear expectations as more feedback was received about the house. Cynthia spent a considerable amount of time chasing potential leads, and was always happy to answer any questions we had. We would highly recommend Cynthia...she's definitely a gem amongst agents!
Cynthia is the without the doubt the best agent we've come across in all our real estate dealings. She's very professional and has an immense market knowledge. Cynthia has been working with us tirelessly over an extended period of time on both buying and selling side of the real estate and nothing was ever a problem for her. We were often undecided which certainly did not make life easy for Cynthia but she had endless patience and understanding and has never given up on what we wanted to achieve. Ultimately Cynthia worked very hard on the sale of our property and has achieved amazing results for us. We appreciated the hard work put into it even more so as we were looking to buy at the same time and seeing how other agents operate made us appreciate Cynthia even more. It is certainly the best decision we have made choosing Cynthia for both the sale of our old home and for the purchase of our new one. Highly recommended.
Cynthia is a Professional. Right from the start of the process of selling our home, Cynthia provided us with the best advice so that we could make an informed decision as to how best to Market and sell our property. Her knowledge of the market, her passion for working with us as sellers, was exceptional. Cynthia worked tirelessly to bring to us the right buyers for our property. We would strongly recommend you engage Cynthia if you are looking to sell your property.
We were recommended to engage Cynthia as our Land Agent by a friend, we clicked with her straight away. She is very friendly and approachable, which we liked. Having been in our home for 45 years, it was a daunting task when we decided we needed to downsize. She was with us every step of the way, keeping us focused on the ‘clear out’ needed and giving us excellent advice about how to go about this. Her communication skills are excellent, she was in regular contact with her advice. She recommended a suitable marketing campaign and the house was sold in 6 days which was a shock. We would recommend Cynthia, she is very thorough and has an excellent knowledge of the area, having been selling in the Glenfield and wider North Shore area for many years.
We have worked with Cynthia many times over the years, beginning in 2009 when she helped us buy our first house. She is, hands down, the best real estate agent we have had the pleasure of working with. Nothing is too much trouble for Cynthia, and her many years of experience and thorough knowledge of the market has meant that she has gently steered us in the right direction many times, whether we have been buying or selling. On top of that, she’s a super awesome person and has endless patience (which I’m sure we have tested many times!). Regardless of whether you are buying, selling, a first time buyer or a seasoned investor, we would definitely recommend Cynthia with two thumbs up!
I have listed my property with three other real estate companies before list with Cynthia, Cynthia is the one sold my house at good price even though the market was not active. Cynthia is very professional and gave me a lot of useful advise regarding deal with fix term tenant and a lot of other stuff related to the sales of my property, the settlement was very smooth. I will surely list my other property with Cynthia when I want to sell, highly recommend.
Cynthia is a true professional. She checks in daily. She listens to your needs and wishes and is completely “on your side” whether buying or selling. I have bought and sold 2 properties with Cynthia and I have done well each time both buying and selling. Cynthia is honest and communicates very clearly. You will not regret working with Cynthia- she’s amazing!
