My first relationship with Cristina was when she did a valuation on my property.She was delightful, a warm and lovely personality and her valuation portfolio was amazing . It was a year later when I decided to sell that I contacted her and her response was immediate and enthusiastic. In all our discussions she was positive ,professional and informative but also remained patient and kind which was very important to an older person .She worked tirelessly on my behalf and by listening to her advice I received an excellent price for my property. She is an incredibly hard worker yet remains so happy it is obvious she loves her work .I would recommend Cristina to future sellers and purchasers and she is already helping to find new home.
