Cristina was the consumate professional even though we bought our townhouse from Wellington during the Auckland lockdown. During this high-pressure time, Cristina was calm, honest and always available for the flurry of calls and texts. Once the offer was accepted we had a hiccup with a pre-approved loan and this is where Cristina really came into her own. She doesn't run when things get tough and negotiated some additional time for us - even though we didn't need it in the end. This gendered some goodwill between all parties which carried over into final settlement. We would highly recommend Cristina.
