Communication with Craig was great whether via phone, email or in person he was readily available to cater for each step of the process. We received weekly email updates with a breakdown of the listing performance which was nice to track over the time our house was for sale. Craig and his lovely wife were early and prepared for each open home with no complaints, even when having to drive some distance after the Pirongia floods. They turned up every time with great energy and bright smiles, this was appreciated.
