Craig and Dylan gave exceptional service, talked us through the marketing process, gave advice on presentation of our home and were available 24/7 to answer our questions and help keep our stress levels down. They contacted us with updates and progress reports each week, not just email or phone calls, but face to face visits which was much appreciated. Even on holiday he contacted us to see how we going, not many would do that, it shows how involved he becomes with his clients. To top things off they found us our ideal retirement home.
