I have gotten to know Craig really well as this is the second property in the last 6 months that Craig has been the agent for. Both places sold quickly. Craig marketed these properties very well. Craig isn't about just selling the property, he likes to get the right fit for the property, and it feels more like a fun journey. I believe Craig communicates well with all parties, Craig is super helpful and flexible in his approach and doesn't mind getting in and helping out where he can. It was a good choice, couldn’t have ask for better service, he gave 100%, sound advice on current trends and updates on progress and always available should you have questions.
