Courtney, from the outset was quick in responding us, is highly professional and very down to earth and authentic. This built rapid confidence and trust with us that we were dealing with the right company. She was incredibly flexible with working around time differences (one of us still being overseas) and promptly sought and responded to the clarifications we had with our house purchase.
